I'm not saying that Peter Capaldi isn't going to be a good doctor or that I hate him or anything because we haven't seen him be the doctor yet. I'm also not disappointed with the choice because "he's not young an attractive" because that's just a silly reason to not like the choice. However as I said I am disappointed.
Partly because when Matt Smith was announced I could see him as the doctor, without him having to be the doctor for even a second, and then when Peter Capaldi walke out it just didn't feel right to me. Also party because he's been a character in both Doctor Who and Torchwood and now him being the doctor will never really feel right for me.
As many, many, many people have already said on various social medias we can't judge how good he'll be as the doctor until we see it, but I for one am not holding out that much hope....
